Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United States: 8–15 business days
- United Kingdom / Europe: 10–18 business days
- Canada / Australia: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 12–25 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays or carrier circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. AGCOAH is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
