REFUND & RETURN POLICY

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your AGCOAH cape. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
• Due to hygiene reasons, items that show signs of wear cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return Contact us at lightoon2023@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will resolve it promptly at no cost to you.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
